1. reset or re-connect the signal cable to the correct terminal according to the operation manual of the control system.

2. refer to the control step mentioned on the control system.

2. Check the setting is the copy mode or not.

1. No AC power input, check the power supply is working or not.

2. Turn on the control computer, and check the LED driver software, the sending card work or not, green indicator of the sending card is flashing and the red indicato.

3. Power supply of the receiving card is working or not, the input power should be DC 5V, and check the first card of the signal input is damage or not.

1. Earthing wire is damaged.

2. Earthing wire is damaged.

3. Signal of communication wire or network cabel lost.

4. Wrong setting of the system software.
